\u5982\u5ba2\u6236\u65bc\u78ba\u8a8d\u8cc7\u6599\u5f8c\u9700\u8981\u518d\u4f5c\u66f4\u6539\uff0c\u9808\u652f\u4ed8\u884c\u653f\u8cbb HKD$500\uff0c\u800c\u516c\u53f8\u8a3b\u518a\u8655\u5be9\u6279\u6709\u95dc\u66f4\u6539\u7684\u6642\u9593\u662f 1\u500b\u6708\u3002<\/p>

Any amendment required after confirmation, administrative fee HKD$500 will be charged and 1-month of approval time is required by Company Registry.<\/p>

If the number of director is more than one person, all directors (except the one who signed this page already) are required to sign back \u201cConsent to Act as First Director (NNC3)\u201d provided by Richmax Group International Ltd within 15 days after the company\u2019s incorporation date. All company members will be prosecuted if the mentioned document is not signed back on time.<\/p>

Refund Policy<\/p>

\u6b64\u8868\u683c\u7d93\u7c3d\u59a5\u53ca\u4ea4\u7d66\u6211\u5011\uff0c\u59d4\u8a17\u4fbf\u5df2\u4f5c\u5be6\uff0c\u5982\u5ba2\u6236\u6b32\u53d6\u6d88\u59d4\u8a17\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u5c07\u6536\u53d6HK$1,000 \u624b\u7e8c\u8cbb, \u5982\u5c6c\u8cfc\u8cb7\u73fe\u6210\u516c\u53f8\u5247\u4e0d\u8a2d\u4efb\u4f55\u9000\u6b3e\u3002<\/p>

Once this form is signed and sent to us, the order is confirmed. If client would like to cancel the order, cancellation charge of HK$1,000 should be collected by us, if acquiring readymade company, the whole price are non-refundable.<\/p>

\u5982\u679c\u4f60\u7684\u7533\u8acb\u5df2\u5448\u4ea4\u516c\u53f8\u8a3b\u518a\u7f72\uff0c\u4f46\u6700\u7d42\u672a\u7372\u6279\u51c6\u8a3b\u518a\uff0c\u5305\u542b\u5728\u8a3b\u518a\u8cbb\u4e2d\u7684\u5b58\u653e\u8cbb\u7528\u6e2f\u5e63295\u5143\u5247\u4e0d\u53ef\u9000\u56de\u3002<\/p>

If your application has been submitted and eventually be rejected by Companies Registry, the lodgment fee of HK$295 paid to Companies Registry is non-refundable.<\/p>
